The application of Triumph SGO boundary lubricant provides extreme pressure protection at the babbitt/steel interface many times that of premium mineral oils, petroleum distillates, vegetable oils or water.  The use of Triumph SGO will dramatically reduce wear and unscheduled saw changes.

Rust and Corrosion Protection

Triumph SGO has an excellent rust preventive package allowing the saws to remain fresh over extended periods of inactivity.

Quickly Emulsifies with Water

Triumph SGO quickly emulsifies with water to form an incredibly high strength cooling film.  As the oil and water work together, volumes in both water and oil are dramatically reduced by up to 80%.
The resulting Triumph SGO and water mixture has a natural affinity to metal and is drawn to areas of highest heat, resulting in cooler lubricated surfaces and reduced friction.

Tenacious Film

Triumph SGO has a strong affinity to metal surfaces, which helps to conserve product.  The tenacious film helps extend component life and reduce wear.

Biodegradability

Triumph SGO is formulated with constituents that rapidly biodegrade, decomposing quickly to carbon dioxide and water.  Triumph SGO is greater than 60% biodegradable in 21 days following the CEC L-33-A93 method.
